BAS Accountant – Helensville Office
Location: Helensville Office, 34 Commercial Road, Helensville
We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a talented Accountant to join our Business Advisory Services team based in Helensville.
This busy role involves preparing end of year and period financial statements and tax returns for a variety of clients. Reporting to a manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of personal service to your portfolio of clients.
In addition to your excellent technical accounting skills, you will demonstrate a high degree of initiative in keeping up-to-date with legislative changes and developments. You will thrive on working proactively for your clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
In addition to your qualification, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Advisory Services roles, and a proven track record meeting clients’ needs.
As well as excellent communication skills, you will have astute technical know-how. You will enjoy working within a team while independently and effectively managing your workload to deadlines.

Receptionist – Henderson Office
Location: Henderson Office, 22 Catherine Street, Henderson
As the welcoming face of the firm, this busy role involves delivering exceptional customer service and quality receptionist duties to our large Henderson office team. As well as upholding the firm’s professional standards and creating outstanding experiences for both internal and external customers, the role includes providing quality, timely administration support.
A high proficiency of IT skills and the ability to master new systems and use IT to improve existing processes is essential to this role, including advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a minimum typing speed of 70wpm.
To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle several priorities at once. You will also have a positive, flexible attitude and be happy to offer support to the close-knit administration team whenever needed. Excellent presentation, initiative and resourcefulness are also key to this role. You will take pride in helping to ensure that the office runs effectively and efficiently.
